Orientation for Aspiring School Chaplain

The COPE Orientation Program is designed to introduce new and aspiring chaplains to the vision, mission, and foundational values of the Chaplain Organization for Philippine Education, Inc. This program serves as the first step in equipping participants for meaningful service within schools, universities, and other educational settings across the Philippines.

Through this orientation, chaplains will gain:

Clinical Pastoral Education for School Chaplain

The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) for School Chaplain course is a dynamic and transformative training program designed to equip aspiring and active school chaplains with the pastoral, emotional, and spiritual care competencies needed in today’s educational landscape.

In a time when schools are not only centers of learning but also hubs of emotional and spiritual need, chaplains are called to serve with clarity, compassion, and Christ-like presence. CPE provides experiential learning through real-life engagement, theological reflection, and guided supervision—empowering chaplains to better understand themselves, their calling, and the students and communities they serve.

Participants will explore key areas such as:
